Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Scheduling Coordinator, you will support daily scheduling operations by coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring accurate communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Cook up and oversee daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and calendar updates.
- Help out with scheduling requests from internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Keep accurate scheduling records, databases, and appointment details.
- Pass along schedule changes, updates, and confirmations promptly and professionally.
- Spot scheduling conflicts and help find suitable solutions.
- Support team members with administrative tasks related to scheduling and coordination.
- Monitor upcoming appointments, deadlines, and priorities to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain organized records of schedules, communications, and related documentation.
- Provide timely updates and adhere to established scheduling procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while juggling multiple scheduling tasks.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, appointments, and multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and updating scheduling information.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, calendar tools, and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Office Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, administrative support, coordination, or data entry is beneficial but not required.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace, calendar management tools, and other collaboration platforms.
