Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Connecting and checking in to ensure the client experience is at its best
- Talking about projects, promoting solutions, and persuading clients and potential customers on the benefits of setting appointments
- Scheduling appointments for decorators
- Maintaining several databases
- Analyzing and reporting business development data
- Handling and routing inbound calls
