About the role
The Vice President, Global Advisory Services will lead the strategic direction of IQVIA’s Global Advisory Services, focusing on growth, client intimacy, and integration of AI and new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Set and own the Advisory Services growth agenda
- Model deep client intimacy and exemplify best-in-class client leadership
- Drive the integration of AI and new technologies into Advisory Services offerings and commercial strategy
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to leverage expertise across various teams
- Ensure high-impact delivery and consistent quality of deliverables
- Cultivate and nurture top talent, coaching and elevating emerging leaders
- Inform and deepen IQVIA’s Thought Leadership and insight
- Influence across the enterprise to lead and shape client engagement
- Own your business, delivering on customer revenue and margin targets
- Build and lead a unified global Advisory Services community
Requirements
Experience operating at an Executive level in a top-tier consulting environment or comparable internal strategy/advisory leadership.
A track record of owning and growing major client relationships, with deep comfort engaging senior decision-makers.
Strong commercial acumen: opportunity shaping, complex pursuit leadership, customer value articulation, senior stakeholder orchestration.
A leadership style that inspires confidence, unlocks team performance, and elevates the bar for consulting excellence.
Ability to lead, inspire, and develop multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Passion for client engagement and a pronounced ability to operate with high presence on client site, building trust through proximity, responsiveness, and insight.
Deep intellectual curiosity and learning agility: a pronounced ability to learn and digest new content and to apply it to customer challenges and priorities.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence skills — able to simplify, inspire, and drive alignment across diverse groups.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or similar roles.
Proven track record of successful client engagements and relationship management.
Experience with AI and new technologies in the healthcare industry.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.

Pay
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $183,400.00 - $512,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
Schedule
This role is hybrid, allowing employees to split their time between home and the office.
