Global Vice President, Services

For our client, we are seeking a Global Vice President, Services to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This executive will lead the global services function and shape the operating model that supports customers across multiple regions. The role is responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening service delivery consistency, and building the leadership team needed to scale the organization. It also calls for close collaboration across operations, commercial, and customer support teams to improve the end-to-end lifecycle experience. Location: Woburn, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute the global services strategy and business model Build and scale the global services organization, with a focus on talent acquisition and leadership development Establish a globally consistent service operating model with standardized processes Own the global Services P&L, managing revenue growth and profitability Lead the end-to-end customer lifecycle from installation to lifecycle support Develop digital service capabilities and data-driven service insights Build and manage a global ecosystem of service partners and suppliers Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global services or related fields Experience designing and building multi-region services organizations Proven ownership of a services P&L with accountability for growth and operational performance Ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams through transformation Benefits Hybrid work model with flexibility in location Opportunity to lead a global services strategy across multiple regions Access to a broad network of resources and capabilities through the organization Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
