About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Global Services to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This leader will own the global services and aftermarket strategy for a business serving industrial customers in a rapidly evolving market. The role will focus on expanding recurring revenue, strengthening the post-sales experience, and aligning service offerings to customer needs and long-term growth opportunities. This leader will partner closely with commercial, operations, and field teams to drive execution, improve service performance, and deliver measurable P&L results. They will also identify new opportunities tied to data center growth, sustainability requirements, and connected service models. The position calls for a leader who can scale a global organization, sharpen operational discipline, and build a differentiated service portfolio that supports installation, maintenance, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a multi-year global growth strategy to expand services and aftermarket revenue
  • Own the end-to-end post-sales experience with full P&L responsibility
  • Identify new market opportunities driven by data center growth and sustainability mandates
  • Lead a comprehensive global service portfolio including installation support and preventive maintenance
  • Drive service attachment and outcome-based service models
  • Champion continuous improvement across field operations and diagnostics
  • Build and lead a global services organization with expertise in industrial cooling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field required
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in global services, aftermarket, or industrial businesses
  • Proven success in scaling service or aftermarket P&L within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership skills
  • Salesforce.com experience required
  • Experience with connected products, predictive maintenance, or subscription-based services preferred
  • Willingness to travel globally, up to 40%
