For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Global Services to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This leader will shape and scale the global services and aftermarket strategy, with accountability for growth, customer experience, and operational performance. The role will oversee the full post-sales lifecycle and partner closely with commercial, operations, and technical teams to expand recurring revenue. It is also a key leadership position for building a high-performing global organization that supports industrial customers and emerging connected-service opportunities. Location: St. Louis Park, MN - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $204,400 – $304,000 annually Responsibilities Define and execute a multi-year global growth strategy for services and aftermarket revenue Own the end-to-end post-sales experience with full P&L responsibility Identify new market opportunities driven by data center growth and sustainability Lead a comprehensive global service and aftermarket portfolio, including commissioning and installation support Drive service attachment and long-term service agreements (LTSA) Champion continuous improvement across field operations and diagnostics Build and lead a global services organization with expertise in cooling systems and digital diagnostics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field required 10+ years of senior leadership experience in global services, aftermarket, or industrial businesses Proven success scaling service or aftermarket P&L within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership skills Salesforce.com experience required Ability to quickly adopt emerging technologies and digital tools for business performance Experience with connected products or subscription-based services preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision plans along with flexible spending accounts and disability benefits 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock purchase plan with company match Tuition reimbursement, caregiver and parental leave, and paid time off including volunteer time Well-being program and legal & identity theft protection Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
