Global Vice President, Services

For our client, we are seeking a Global Vice President, Services to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This leader will shape and execute the global services strategy, with direct accountability for growth, profitability, and the operating model across regions. The role is responsible for building a scalable services organization that supports the full customer lifecycle, from installation through ongoing support. This position will also drive digital service capabilities and strengthen a global network of partners and suppliers to improve operational performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute the global services strategy and business model Build and scale the global services organization Establish a globally consistent service operating model with standardized processes Own the global Services P&L, including revenue growth and profitability Lead the end-to-end customer lifecycle from installation to lifecycle support Develop digital service capabilities and data-driven service insights Build and manage a global ecosystem of service partners and suppliers Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global services or related fields Must be located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% Experience in designing and building multi-region services organizations is preferred Proven ownership of a services P&L with accountability for growth and operational performance Benefits Hybrid work environment with flexibility Opportunity to lead a global services strategy Access to a broad network of resources through a larger organization Focus on safety, quality, and compliance in operations Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
