Vice President
About the role
The Vice President will support the US Credit Trading Franchise from a COO/BM perspective. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with five (5) years of experience in advanced financial forecasting, P&L reporting, and operational metrics analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced financial forecasting, P&L reporting, and operational metrics analysis to drive revenue optimization and strategic decision-making.
- Perform gap analysis; design and roll out systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, including leveraging automation tools for process improvements.
- Cook offheadcount planning and budgeting exercises to optimize client profitability and capture wallet share.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions for businesses covered.
- Streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency through workflow automation to reduce operational costs.
- Evaluate financial workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and improve financial systems.
- Perform statistical analysis of market data, risk assessments, and data-driven decision-making to optimize financial strategies.
- Manage financial performance including allocating resources and ensuring profitability.
- Analyze complex financial situations, identify and address operational issues, and develop solutions to support financial activities and ensure compliance.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with five (5) years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and project management software is required. Experience with automation tools and workflow optimization is preferred.

Pay
$189,000.00 – $222,500.00/year.
