Vice President

About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in an AVP role or equivalent
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in a complex organization
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of managing teams effectively

$250,000 – $275,000 annually
