We are excited to be relocating to our brand-new hospital, in Pasadena, MD in October 2026 and are looking to grow our team. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. The CSR is the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for every visitor. Job Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, checking them in and out, and addressing questions or concernsAnswer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely, professional mannerSchedule appointments, manage the practice calendar, and handle appointment confirmationsMaintain and update client and patient records with accuracy and confidentialityProcess payments and invoices, and manage end-of-day reconciliationsCommunicate with veterinary team members to relay client messages, and assist in patient flow through the practiceHelp educate clients about preventive care, treatment plans, and post-visit instructionsEnsure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-organized at all times Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in customer serviceExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer careStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesBasic computer skills and proficiency in office software (experience with veterinary software is a plus)Veterinary experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn about animal care is a mustAbility to remain calm and courteous under pressure, especially during busy timesA team player with a positive attitude and a love for pets and their owners
