Full-time Veterinary Receptionist

About the role

Eagle Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing, friendly, and compassionate Receptionist/Client Care team member to join our Liberty location. Client Care team members play an integral role in our hospital, creating a positive experience for both clients and their pets through greeting clients, answering phones, managing emails, and checking patients in and out.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and answer phones
• Manage emails
• Check patients in and out
• Ensure a positive experience for clients and their pets

Requirements

• At least 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Positive attitude and strong team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with compassion for clients and patients
• Adaptable and able to manage a dynamic, fast-paced workday
• Ability to multitask efficiently and remain calm under pressure

Schedule

Full-time position, 4 full days during the week. Must be available for 2-3 Saturdays a month.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Closed Sundays and major holidays.

Pay

$16.00 – $19.00 per hour, pending experience.
