Startz Veterinary is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our reception team. This is a Full-Time position with a schedule of 4 weekdays (8-hour shifts) and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications and Skillset
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
- Delivers exceptional client experience by providing warm, professional, and efficient front-desk service, while confidently handling high-volume phone calls, scheduling, and client inquiries
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and support smooth daily hospital operations
- Strong communicator and team player who builds trust with clients and collaborates effectively with medical staff to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience
