Veterinary Assistant - Internal Medicine

Responsibilities

• Calmly and gently approach and handle patients according to safety protocols and core values.
• Identify abnormal pathology and understand hospital estimates, presenting and explaining them to clients.
• Show patience and empathy to address client concerns and educate them on Internal Medicine.
• Prepare medications and patients/clients for discharge with concise directions.
• Support the Internal Medicine team in all aspects of patient care.
