About the role
BluePearl Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a full-time boarded Veterinarian - Criticalist or an individual residency-trained in emergency and critical care to join our large and talented team!
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality veterinary care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with a team of board-certified clinicians in various specialties.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through continuing education sessions and BluePearl University.
- Contribute to the growth of the critical care department through expanding services and managing a high caseload.
- Work closely with technicians to support their professional development and ensure efficient patient care.
Requirements
- Board certification in critical care or residency training in emergency and critical care.
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited school.
- Current licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Pennsylvania.
- Passing scores on the AVMA-accredited State Boards Exam.
Skills

Pay

Schedule
