About the role
BluePearl in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Board Certified or residency-trained Criticalist to join another DACVECC as well as a team of experienced ER doctors. You will have access to advanced equipment including point of care U/S, a mechanical ventilator, and full in-house laboratory.
Responsibilities
- Practice the best medicine within a state-of-the-art facility
- Work alongside 11 board-certified specialists in critical care, internal medicine, neurology, oncology, and surgery
- Benefit from advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities such as CT scan, laparoscopy, upper and lower endoscopy, ultrasound, and an intensive care unit staffed 24 hours a day
- Enjoy a fully functional rehabilitation facility
- Collaborate with Mars Petcare to further the mission of enriching lives through remarkable care for pets
Requirements
- Board Certification or residency training in Critical Care
- Experience in emergency and critical care medicine
- Knowledge of advanced diagnostic and treatment techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Kansas
