Veterinarian Criticalist

About the role

We are seeking a DACVECC or residency trained, board eligible E/CC clinician to join our close knit, collaborative team at BluePearl Langhorne. We are a 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, serving eastern Pennsylvania and central New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily whole hospital patient rounds
• Collaborate with other departments for the best patient care
• Contribute to interdepartmental case discussions
• Work in a VECCS Level 1 Certified Facility with advanced equipment
• Support patients with a full in-house laboratory and adjacent Idexx reference lab
• Access to 24/7 radiologist reviews and state-of-the-art imaging

Requirements

• DACVECC or residency trained, board eligible E/CC
• Experience in emergency and specialty care
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art medicine and technology

Qualifications

• Current license to practice medicine in Pennsylvania
• Experience with anesthesia, cardiology, critical care, internal medicine, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, radiology, and surgery
