About the role
As our second Emergency & Critical Care Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and expanding our ECC service. You will deliver advanced, life-saving care across a diverse and complex caseload, collaborate with a deep bench of specialists and a strong referring community, mentor and elevate doctors and technical staff, drive exceptional client communication and case management, and help build and define the future of ECC at AVSG.

Requirements
- Board certification in Critical Care and/or Internal Medicine
- Experience in emergency and critical care settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about veterinary medicine
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of California
Skills

- $250,000 - $300,000 base pay based on experience

$250,000 - $300,000 USD
Schedule
Full-time, Wednesday through Friday (3 days per week)
