About the role
BluePearl in Fresno, CA (previously Fresno Pet ER) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible critical care veterinarian to join our team. We are well-established, busy, progressive, small animal veterinary emergency hospital located in the heart of California. We practice high-quality medicine and emergency surgery for small animals, and are actively expanding into a multi-specialty hospital. The ideal candidate will be energetic, personable, conscientious, and collaborative. We will also consider new graduates that desire to begin their career in a state-of-the-art facility with a great support staff. The hospital owner has almost 25 years experience in Emergency Medicine and will be an excellent mentor to a new graduate.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical care and emergency medicine for small animals
- Perform emergency surgery as needed
- Collaborate with team members in a multi-specialty hospital environment
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in critical care veterinary medicine

Pay
Annual salary range: $171,000 to $224,000. You may be eligible to earn certain production as determined in accordance with company policy. Additional ancillary benefits include shift differentials and weekend differentials (may fluctuate by region and/or hospital; discuss with interviewer).
