Veteran Liaison / Veteran Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Verify veteran status and assist with DD214 and other documentation
• Coordinate veteran-specific referrals for benefits, housing, and employment
• Serve as a liaison with VA offices and veteran service organizations
• Support intake and onboarding for veteran participants
• Track participant progress and outcomes for reporting and grant compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field
• Experience working with veterans, preferably justice-impacted populations
• Knowledge of VA benefits, veteran resources, and community supports
• Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with case management tools (Zoho, CRM, or similar) preferred
