About the role

Spectrum is seeking a Vertical Account Executive, Healthcare to join our team. This role involves consulting with new and small-to-medium healthcare providers to recommend fiber-based services tailored to their unique needs. The ideal candidate will drive consultative sales, nurture client relationships, and support better outcomes for healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate new opportunities and meet monthly revenue goals by proactively engaging healthcare clients for fiber and coaxial solutions
  • Apply knowledge of healthcare, hospitality or SLED procurement processes to navigate and close sales effectively
  • Conduct consultative needs analyses and design client-focused product solutions
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to highlight Spectrum product benefits
  • Generate leads through calls, premise visits, networking, and industry events
  • Qualify leads, request site surveys, and submit ROI analyses to sales management
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ensure smooth handoff to account management for retention
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Support, and Marketing to maximize the sales process
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales abilities and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a record of exceeding revenue quotas
  • 3+ years of telecommunications-related sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience selling data, voice, cloud, or video solutions

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience with a record of exceeding revenue quotas, 3+ years of telecommunications-related sales experience, 2+ years of experience selling data, voice, or video solutions
  • Skills: Read, write, speak, and understand English, efficiency in meeting deadlines, quick learner, willingness and ability to travel as needed, valid state driver’s license and safe driving record

Benefits

The base pay for this position generally is between $47,800.00 and $79,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $72,600.00.

Schedule

An office-based environment with regular travel to assigned territories and company facilities, including during inclement weather. Use of a reliable personal vehicle is required.
