About the role
To be a partner in developing, fostering, and growing our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Work with the C-suite and various talented individuals to coach and develop the sales force.
- Coach and develop both entry-level and experienced salespeople.
- Manage and mentor a team of salespeople with diverse skill sets.
- Handle complex sales strategies across a team with varied capabilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with both business partners and clients.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
- Experience as a successful individual contributor and indirect contributor.
- 3 years of experience managing a sales team.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of the technologies Cambridge Computer sells.
- Organizational skills and discipline with CRM software.
- Ability to work out of Cambridge Computer's Waltham office with 45-minute notice.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Qualifications
- Experience as an individual contributor and indirect contributor.
- Experienced in technology sales roles.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and account management systems.
- Project management experience.
