About the role

Incident.io is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our product, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
  • Conduct market research and analyze user data to inform product decisions and improve user experience.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and communicate product vision and strategy.
  • Manage the product launch process, including planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in SaaS or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving adoption.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about technology and its impact on businesses.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and product management best practices.
  • Experience with product analytics and A/B testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay

  • $100,000 - $120,000 annually.
