The Enterprise Sales Manager at Too Good To Go is responsible for driving Marketplace growth in the US and leading a team of enterprise sales talent. This role requires deep proficiency in value-based sales methodologies, proven track record in high-growth environments, and the ability to model consultative selling to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Drive Marketplace Delivery & Execution: Own new business targets, ensure a healthy and high-velocity pipeline, and use qualification frameworks like MEDDICC for accurate forecasting and deal validation.
Strategic Growth Contributor: Identify market opportunities and provide insights to sharpen the competitive edge in the US market.
Develop Strategic Partnerships through Discovery: Train sellers to uncover partners' core business pain, model executive presence, and lead deal reviews to ensure deals move forward with verifiable customer outcomes.
Talent Development & Leadership: Lead hiring and onboarding, maintain a culture of excellence, and provide direct, actionable feedback to develop the team.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the range for new joiners for this role in the United States is a base salary of $125,000 - $140,000 and an OTE of $230,000 - $260,000. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors.
Schedule
The role offers a modern hybrid model with a balance of focused remote work and collaborative office days (3x a week) in our Chicago hub.
