Vendor Partnership Opportunities (Property Preservation, Maintenance and Turns)

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and restoring properties to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. Duties include exterior and interior cleaning, repairs, and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties
• Inspect properties for damage and document findings
• Coordinate with contractors for necessary repairs
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
• Document all work performed and submit reports as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in property maintenance or construction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Knowledge of basic building systems and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Pay

$18 - $22 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
