About the role

Responsible for maintaining and restoring properties to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. Duties include exterior and interior cleaning, repair of damages, and ensuring compliance with local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior cleaning tasks
• Repair damages such as leaks, cracks, and structural issues
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations
• Document work performed and submit reports as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic carpentry and plumbing skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
