Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior cleaning tasks
• Conduct routine and scheduled property inspections
• Carry out necessary repairs and maintenance work
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Document findings and report issues to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of basic building systems and maintenance procedures
