Responsible for maintaining and restoring properties to meet safety and aesthetic standards. Duties include exterior and interior cleaning, repairs, and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior cleaning tasks
• Make necessary repairs to properties
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations
• Document findings and communicate with clients or property managers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
