Vendor Partnership Opportunities (Property Preservation, Maintenance)

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and restoring properties to ensure they meet safety and aesthetic standards. Duties include exterior and interior cleaning, painting, roofing repairs, and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties
• Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in property maintenance or construction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic computer software
• Knowledge of common tools and equipment used in property maintenance
