About the role

Responsible for maintaining and restoring properties to ensure they meet safety and aesthetic standards. Duties include exterior and interior cleaning, painting, repairs, and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties
• Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Manage inventory and supplies for efficient operations
• May assist with project management and coordination with other contractors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in property maintenance or construction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
