Veeva Application Support Engineer
What's the Job?
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Veeva platform applications across multiple global sites. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA timelines. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions to ensure system stability. Monitor system health, performance, and data integrity to maintain high availability. Support core Veeva modules such as Quality, RIM, Clinical, and Vault, managing user access and security.
What's Needed?
- Experience supporting Veeva applications in a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of Veeva Vault modules including Quality, RIM, and Clinical.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workflows, configurations, and data integrations.
- Understanding of compliance standards such as GxP, GMP, and FDA regulations.
