About the role

This position is responsible for providing instruction to students with significant learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Adapts instructional strategies to meet individual student needs.
• Collaborates with special education teachers and related service providers.
• Evaluates student progress and adjusts teaching methods accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Florida Teaching Certificate in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with significant learning disabilities.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for SLD students.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is 8 hours per day, 10 months per year.
