Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Varicent Incentives modules, including: Compensation models, components, rules, and calculations, data tables and data integrations, workflows and approval processes
- Build and optimize ICM models to support incentive plan changes and business needs.
- Manage ETL processes for loading and transforming sales/HR/finance data.
- Create and maintain robust data pipelines for accurate, timely compensation processing.
- Troubleshoot data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Develop dashboards and reports within Varicent (Composer, Presenter, or other modules).
- Provide insights on sales performance, incentive payouts, quota attainment, and trends.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation analytics to leadership.
- Execute monthly/quarterly compensation runs, validations, and reconciliations.
- Resolve system issues, calculation discrepancies, and user queries.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Finance, HR) to support compensation cycles.
- Maintain documentation for models, rules, data flows, and integrations.
- Absorb and ensure compliance with audit requirements and internal controls.
- Assist with UAT, testing, and deployment of enhancements.
Pay
$90,000 - $115,000 per year
