Varicent Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Varicent Incentives modules, including: Compensation models, components, rules, and calculations, data tables and data integrations, workflows and approval processes
• Build and optimize ICM models to support incentive plan changes and business needs.
• Manage ETL processes for loading and transforming sales/HR/finance data.
• Create and maintain robust data pipelines for accurate, timely compensation processing.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reports within Varicent (Composer, Presenter, or other modules).
• Provide insights on sales performance, incentive payouts, quota attainment, and trends.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation analytics to leadership.
• Execute monthly/quarterly compensation runs, validations, and reconciliations.
• Resolve system issues, calculation discrepancies, and user queries.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Finance, HR) to support compensation cycles.
• Maintain documentation for models, rules, data flows, and integrations.
• Absorb and ensure compliance with audit requirements and internal controls.
• Assist with UAT, testing, and deployment of enhancements.

Pay

$90,000 - $115,000 per year
