About the role
We are seeking an experienced Varicent ICM Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Incentive Compensation Management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Varicent ICM applications using Varicent Composer and Reports
- Design and implement data models, compensation calculations, and business rules
- Build and maintain ETL processes and data integrations
- Create and optimize SQL queries (Oracle/SQL Server) for reporting and analytics
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, calculations, and reporting
- Support production compensation processing and delivery
- Configure workflows, schedulers, and job management
- Automate processes using Python scripting
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments
Requirements
- 5+ years of Varicent development and configuration experience
- 5+ years of technical design experience supporting enterprise applications and business solutions
- 5+ years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
- 5+ years of experience with SQL and/or other data management, reporting, and query tools
- Hands-on experience with data imports, integrations, compensation calculations, business rules, reporting, analytics, and workflow configuration
- Experience supporting Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions and production compensation processing
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to data, calculations, and reporting processes
