Varicent Developer

Contract or full-time hybrid/onsite role requiring three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Varicent ICM solutions for enterprise incentive-compensation management.
• Build and maintain data models, calculations, and business rules in Varicent Composer and Reports.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries (Oracle/SQL Server) and ETL pipelines for data integration.
• Create and troubleshoot reports, analytics, and workflows.
• Automate processes using Python and JavaScript where applicable.
• Support production compensation processing, including scheduler/job management and performance tuning.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver technical solutions throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Varicent ICM development and configuration.
• 5+ years of technical design experience supporting enterprise applications and business solutions.
• 5+ years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• 5+ years of SQL (Oracle/SQL Server) and data-management, reporting, or query tools.
• Experience supporting Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot data, calculations, and reporting processes.
• Experience with data imports, integrations, compensation calculations, workflow configuration, and scheduler/job management.
