What you'll do
- Anchor the "4-in-the-Box" Pod: Act as the definitive business lead, translating company strategy into high-ROI tech initiatives.
- Direct Tech Investments: Use deep analytics to point Product and Engineering toward capabilities that dominate the marketplace.
- Command Execution: Own the roadmap prioritization, budget, and rapid delivery of revenue-generating solutions.
- Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex technical realities to influence leadership and force cross-functional alignment.
- Inject Market Reality: Fuel development with competitive intel to ensure we build exactly what the market demands.

- Strong track record of working with product, engineering, and design partners to launch new tools
- Proven expertise in business process improvement and strategic decision-making to drive organizational goals
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk tracking, and earned value analysis
- Ability to analyze business metrics and retail trends to identify revenue opportunities and recommend improvements
- Effective stakeholder management and partnership collaboration to influence outcomes and communicate shared goals
- Proficiency in data analytics and digital tools to develop insights and support business strategies
- Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly and influence cross-functional teams

Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Additional Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 in Bentonville, AR and $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 in Sunnyvale, CA. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock
