(USA) Senior Manager, Technology Operations - Marketplace Payments
Position Summary
This role will be a key member on the Marketplace Payments team leading Seller adoption and scaling of key Seller Payments and Financial programs and services. Key responsibilities include driving Seller experience, program adoption, seller enablement, and customization of payments and financial services offered to Marketplace Sellers. This leader will work closely with Enterprise Financial Services as well as other Marketplace stakeholder teams to drive adoption of new financial products and support associated operational execution at scale.
What you'll do
- Lead key programs supporting Marketplace Payments and Financial Services, ensuring strong execution and alignment to business priorities
- Drive Seller adoption and improve the Seller experience across payments and financial services offerings
- Persist cross-functionally to support the launch and scaling of new financial products and services
- Use data and insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor program performance, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery and quality results
- Support continuous improvement by introducing new processes and leveraging digital tools to enhance operational efficiency
About the team
Join Walmart’s Marketplace Payments & Financial Services team, focused on expanding and scaling embedded financial products for Marketplace Sellers. The team works across Payments, Product, Risk, and Operations to deliver reliable payment solutions and financial services that support seller growth, marketplace performance, and a seamless end-to-end experience. This is a highly collaborative team driving adoption, innovation, and operational excellence across a rapidly evolving space.

Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

- Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
- BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-10929: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Compensation
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock
