The Ratings & Reviews team leads the strategy and digital experiences that enable sellers to generate authentic customer feedback, build trust, and enhance listing quality across Walmart Marketplace. What you'll do

• Define Business Strategy: Own strategy, product portfolio, and long-term vision for the Ratings & Reviews business by defining business priorities, identifying growth opportunities, and influencing product direction. Partner with Product and Engineering to define and deliver seller-facing products and platform capabilities while establishing KPIs and investment priorities.
• Drive Execution & Growth: Own business performance and growth by leading cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, GTM, Marketing, and other partner teams, removing blockers, identifying growth opportunities, and presenting strategic recommendations to VP and SVP leadership.
• Lead & Develop Talent: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Experience with AI or GenAI technologies is a plus.
• MBA preferred.

Minimum qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Option 2: 7 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• 2 years' supervisory experience.

Preferred qualifications

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
