About the team
The Ratings & Reviews team leads the strategy and digital experiences that enable sellers to generate authentic customer feedback, build trust, and enhance listing quality across Walmart Marketplace. What you'll do
- Define Business Strategy: Own strategy, product portfolio, and long-term vision for the Ratings & Reviews business by defining business priorities, identifying growth opportunities, and influencing product direction. Partner with Product and Engineering to define and deliver seller-facing products and platform capabilities while establishing KPIs and investment priorities.
- Drive Execution & Growth: Own business performance and growth by leading cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, GTM, Marketing, and other partner teams, removing blockers, identifying growth opportunities, and presenting strategic recommendations to VP and SVP leadership.
- Lead & Develop Talent: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, digital products, consulting, or business strategy.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
- Strong analytical mindset; familiarity with SQL or business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Experience with AI or GenAI technologies is a plus.
- MBA preferred.
Minimum qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Option 2: 7 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- 2 years' supervisory experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
