About the role
The Senior Manager, Marketplace, leads assortment strategy and business process improvements to enhance category performance and operational excellence. This role collaborates with merchants and stakeholders to develop data-driven plans, optimize seller performance, and implement innovative solutions aligned with market trends.
What you'll do
- Lead assortment strategy development and management for assigned categories, utilizing analytics to optimize product mix and performance.
- Drive business process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Extract, transform, and customize data sets to support reporting and decision-making across multiple stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external sellers to align strategies and enhance marketplace performance.
- Translate market trends and business insights into actionable plans that support growth and operational excellence.
- Oversee seller performance evaluation and recommend strategies to improve outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights, monitor KPIs, and support evidence-based decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and 4 years’ experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area.
- Option 2: 6 years’ experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area.
