Position Summary
TourToTeach, a role within the Walmart organization, involves leading and developing teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. This includes providing feedback, communicating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, merchandising, and company direction. - Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area
- Reviews and evaluates PL Profit Loss statements
- Manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
- Maintains effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes
- Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved
- Supervises and develops opportunities for hourly associates
- Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace
- Recruits and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments
- Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs

- Annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses
- Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)
- Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).
Qualifications

- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
- For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledges the need to complete a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
- For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, acknowledges the need to have a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
