What you'll do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business plans and initiatives.
- Cook up and oversee job-related activities, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.
- Lead strategic account planning, forecasting, and sales activities to drive growth and meet objectives.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to enhance team performance.
- Analyze business metrics and data models to identify improvement opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous learning and adaptability.
- Facilitate effective negotiation and communication to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area and 2 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
- Option 2: 4 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
