Duties/Responsibilities
- Maintaining key accounts and providing ongoing client support.
- Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies.
- Communicating with clients and leads to identify and understand their commercial door and hardware needs/expectations; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs; ensures satisfaction.
- Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote products and services.
- Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to the management of key client relationships.
- Handling client challenges and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in the Door, Frame, and Hardware Industry a plus.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related degree, preferred.
- DHI Certifications a plus.
- Experience working in Comsense is a plus.
- Knowledge of door hardware, hollow metal, wood doors, STC, FSC and Leed.
- Knowledge of building codes as they relate to door, frame and hardware applications such as fire codes.
