Duties/Responsibilities

  • Maintaining key accounts and providing ongoing client support.
  • Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies.
  • Communicating with clients and leads to identify and understand their commercial door and hardware needs/expectations; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs; ensures satisfaction.
  • Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote products and services.
  • Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to the management of key client relationships.
  • Handling client challenges and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in the Door, Frame, and Hardware Industry a plus.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related degree, preferred.
  • DHI Certifications a plus.
  • Experience working in Comsense is a plus.
  • Knowledge of door hardware, hollow metal, wood doors, STC, FSC and Leed.
  • Knowledge of building codes as they relate to door, frame and hardware applications such as fire codes.
