Responsibilities
- Sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities
- Perform estimating activities for commercial mechanical service projects (i.e., equipment replacements, retrofits, installations)
- Develop trusting relationships with customers and grow those relationships
- Analyze and make recommendations on modifying and repositioning agreements on renewal processes
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree or 2 + years mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
- Proficient in listening, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Skilled in using MS Office, CRM systems, and the internet
Qualifications
- Strong client management skills, able to manage customer relationships, perceptions, and expectations
Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical (HVAC, plumbing and electrical) commercial service industry

Pay
Pay Range : Base of $50k-$100k with commission opportunities and a vehicle allowance.
OTE for your first year expected to be $150k!
