About the team: The team leads new store construction projects by managing budgets, schedules, and contractor performance to ensure quality delivery. What you'll do: Manage daily execution of construction projects to ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget delivery. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and documentation. Review and validate construction drawings, submittals, and specifications prior to procurement and construction start. Track project milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues to leadership and partners to maintain progress. Oversee compliance with building codes, safety, environmental, and company standards throughout construction. Serve as primary contact for external partners, facilitating issue resolution and alignment on deliverables. Monitor vendor performance and prepare status, budget, and issue reports for stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
