Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with flexible schedules who likes to have fun.
  • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned stores.

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
  • Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
  • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
  • Make sure sales promotions are done well.
  • Train service staff in service procedures.
  • Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service.
  • Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, and fast, while maintaining food safety and controlling food costs.
  • Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
  • Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
  • Support Crew getting off to a good start and recognizing and motivating them throughout their time working there.
