Responsibilities
- Lead important internal functions such as Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Effectively delegate tasks to team members and report back results
- Directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas: Kitchen, People, and Service
- Ensure safe and efficient operations of the restaurant through teamwork
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive attitude and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and a willingness to work in a dynamic team setting
- Must be 18 years or older
