Department Manager

About the role

The role involves leading weekly shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. Managers may also lead departments such as the Guest Service, Kitchen, and People Departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience, manages sales promotions, and trains service staff in procedures.
• Manage the Kitchen Department to ensure high-quality food delivery, food safety, and cost control, while training kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Oversee the People Department to hire qualified staff, train them effectively, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, recognizing and motivating employees.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
