Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight of shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly experiences for customers.
• Leadership of Crew and other Managers during shifts to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Supervision of food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
• Effective communication with Crew and Shift Managers to prepare for great shifts.
• Achievement of departmental targets and support in meeting overall goals.
• Monitoring of safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Management of Crew schedules to encourage high performance.
• Exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Training of new team members on critical job functions.

Qualifications

Experienced Department Managers are sought after for this role with an independent McDonald’s franchisee. Applicants should have a proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional service in fast-paced environments. A strong background in food service management and leadership skills are essential. Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry is highly desirable.
