About the role
The job involves leading shifts and departments in a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for employment matters.
Responsibilities
- Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
- Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure restaurant delivers great quality food, fast service, food safety, and controls food costs while training kitchen staff in production procedures.
- People Department Manager: Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals, ensure Crew get off to a good start, and motivate them throughout their time working.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for management positions.
