Position Summary

TourToTeach, driving financial performance and sales, supervises and develops associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a culture of belonging.

What you'll do...

  • Tour stores, provide feedback, and lead change efforts.
  • Communicate and collaborate with associates and all levels of management regarding store operations.
  • Manage and support customer service initiatives, including store of the community and community outreach programs.
  • Ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved, develop action plans, and improve processes.
  • Review and evaluate PL Profit Loss statements, manage budgets, forecast, and control expenses.
  • Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset.
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive financial performance and sales by managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by implementing related action plans and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure differentials.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, general work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
