Position Summary
TourToTeach, a role within Walmart, involves leading and developing teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. This includes providing feedback during store tours, collaborating with all levels of associates, and introducing and leading company change efforts.

- Ensures customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved.
- Develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies.
- Provides process improvement leadership to ensure a high quality customer experience.
- Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area.
- Reviews and evaluates PL Profit Loss statements.
- Manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Maintains effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
- Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
- Supervises and develops opportunities for hourly associates.
- Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Respects individuals by building high-performing teams, embracing differences, and creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.

- Associates must attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
- Minimum qualifications include 2 years' college, 1 year's retail experience and supervisory experience, or 2 years' general work experience and supervisory experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, general work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, and responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
Pay & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure differentials. Benefits include health benefits, financial benefits, and paid time off.
